Taking command of teams in accordance with the high-performance center’s exacting standards, Jayasuriya spearheads coaching and training initiatives. He orchestrates the implementation of individual skill development plans, seamlessly integrated into the overarching player development strategy. Additionally, he oversees the seamless integration of player reporting into SLC’s cutting-edge athlete management system.
