The New Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium in Gwalior will host the start of the Twenty20 International series on October 6.
In the next three-match Twenty20 International series, which begins on October 6 at the New Madhavrao Scindia Cricket Stadium in Gwalior, Team India is getting ready to play Bangladesh. This follows their most recent two-match Test series, where India won both games handily and dominated to complete a rout. The visitors are focused on mounting a quick comeback, while the hosts aim to maintain their winning streak.
Under the direction of Suryakumar Yadav, the Indian team for the Twenty20 International series will include a rather youthful composition. In preparation for the next home Test series against New Zealand later this month, the selectors have rested a number of Test regulars, including Mohammed Siraj, Axar Patel, Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Rishabh Pant, in favor of fresh faces.
Mayank Yadav, a bowler who rose to prominence in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, is one of the newcomers to the team. Additionally, all-rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy, who shone during the IPL, makes a return after a previous injury forced him out of the Zimbabwe trip. Abhishek Sharma, who made a century in just his second T20I during the Zimbabwe series, also rejoins the team.
