‘Sky Sports’ searched for other pharaonic contracts in the NBA following Jaylen Brown’s, the American professional basketball league’s richest-ever contract renewal with the Boston Celtics.

It is evident that only current players are included in the list of the five largest contracts ever signed; in reality, the player’s “salary” is the only information mentioned, not his technical worth.

Amazingly, Steph Curry and LeBron James are not included on this list.

A basic assumption

When discussing the largest contracts in NBA history, it’s amazing to see how two of the league’s top stars from the past 15 years—LeBron James and Steph Curry—are not included. All of the contracts that these two phenomenon, who are without a doubt the biggest dominations of this era, signed were smaller than the ones that followed.
